Avathara is a one-stop boutique firm offering recruitment solutions, employee engagement initiatives, employee welfare counseling and psychometric testing. We help in the entire employee lifecycle. We find correct potentials using our psychometric analysis in order to help hire the correct candidate. We also help maintaining organization’s healthy culture by initiating employee engagement activities and employee counsellings.
